# Directions:

01 - Arrange all ingredients and tools on a clean surface.
02 - Pat the watermelon and feta cubes dry with paper towels to remove excess moisture.
03 - Lay out a watermelon cube, top with a mint leaf, and then a feta cube.
04 - Secure each stack with a toothpick.
05 - Arrange the bites on a serving platter.
06 - (Optional) Drizzle lightly with extra virgin olive oil and/or balsamic glaze. Season with freshly ground black pepper if desired.
